磷脂连同糖蛋白、胆固醇和蛋白是生物膜的主要组成成分,与脂肪的乳化、吸收和血液凝固等重要功能密切相关。本产品是基于N-乙基-N-(2-羟基-3-磺丙基)-3'5-二甲氧基苯胺钠盐(DAOS)的蓝色显色酶法试剂。通过微孔板法检测小鼠血清中的磷脂含量。

 


检测原理


样品中的磷脂(卵磷脂、溶血卵磷脂、鞘磷脂)在磷酸酶D的作用下水解,释放出胆碱。游离胆碱在胆碱氧化酶的作用下被氧化成甜菜碱,同时生成过氧化氢。产生的过氧化氢在过氧化物酶 (POD) 的作用下定量氧化缩合 DAOS 和 4-氨基安替比林,生成蓝色染料。通过检测蓝色染料的吸光度,计算得到样品中磷脂的浓度。

dds-drug磷脂和脂质产品目录

NOF从试剂到制药的批量供应高纯度磷脂,磷脂衍生物和脂质体。使用合成和纯化技术,我们开发了各种种类和等级的产品。批量磷脂是在GMP操作下在工厂中生产的,多年来一直在范围内提供很高的声誉。

NOF为天然磷脂提供纯化的鸡蛋PC,鸡蛋PG,大豆PC,氢化大豆PC和鞘磷脂。

关于合成磷脂,PC系列有DDPC,DLPC,DMPC,DPPC,DSPC,DOPC,POPC和DEPC。PG系列提供DMPG,DPPG,DSPG和POPG。DMPA,DPPA和DSPA在PA系列中可用。PE系列提供DMPE,DPPE,DSPE和DOPE。PS系列中有DOPS现货供应。PEG或聚甘油连接的磷脂(PG磷脂)可用于长循环脂质体制剂。

PEG末端或非PEG末端的活化的官能团连接的磷脂也可用于免疫脂质体或靶向用途脂质体。

对于非注射使用,建议将DPPC,POPC和POPG用于肺部递送,而建议将DOPC,POPC和DDPC用于鼻腔。

性质

组成

磷脂乳液,包含高度纯化的磷脂酰胆碱,磷脂酰丝氨酸和鞘磷脂的混合物。

 

介质:0.05 mol / L Tris-HCl,pH 7.6。

稳定性
