凝血因子是参与血液凝固过程的各种蛋白质组分。它的生理作用是，在血管出血时被激活，和血小板粘连在一起并且补塞血管上的漏口。这个过程被称为凝血。整个凝血过程大致上可分为两个阶段，凝血酶原的激活及凝胶状纤维蛋白的形成。它们部分由肝生成。可以为香豆素所抑制。为统一命名，世界卫生组织按其被发现的先后次序用罗马数字编号， 有凝血因子Ⅰ，Ⅱ，Ⅲ，Ⅳ，Ⅴ，Ⅶ，Ⅷ，Ⅸ，Ⅹ，Ⅺ，Ⅻ，Xlll等，因子XIII以后被发现的凝血因子，经过多年验证，认为对于凝血功能，无决定性的影响，不再列入凝血因子的编号。因子 VI 事实上是活化的第五因子，已经取消因子VI的命名。

HFVII 1007              Human Factor VII （Proconvertin）

Prepared from fresh frozen human plasma. Human Factor VII is a single-chain vitamin K dependent glycoprotein found in trace quantities in plasma （0.5 mg/Liter）. In the Tissue Factor Pathway of coagulation, Human Factor Vlla, in the presence of calcium ions and tissue factor, activates Factors IX and X to their enzymatically active forms, Factor IXa and Xa.

Rossix Tris BSA缓冲液说明书

Rossix Tris BSA缓冲液说明书

稀释缓冲液，用于敏感蛋白质如凝血因子的储备溶液。稀释缓冲液满足欧洲药典关于凝血因子VIII稀释剂的要求。 


Tris BSA缓冲液（TB035）：

Rossix TB035


储备溶液：-0.5 M Tris pH 7.3（20°C），2.0 M NaCl，10% 牛血清白蛋白（BSA）。在使用前用水稀释1+9，以获得缓冲液工作溶液。


Tris BSA缓冲液经过按照已建立的规程进行分析，本批次的Tris BSA已经获得批准发布，并且结果表明其符合产品规格要求。


所有有关所使用材料、生产数据和发布测试的数据都有记录，并且可以通过每个小瓶上标注的批号进行追溯。


Tris BSA缓冲液的用途：


1. Tris BSA储备溶液 – 使用前需用水稀释1:10。


2. 储备溶液：0.5 M Tris pH 7.3（20°C），2.0 M NaCl，10% BSA。


3. 含有经过仔细验证的澳大利亚或新西兰来源的牛血清白蛋白（BSA）。


4. 1:10水稀释满足欧洲药典关于凝血因子VIII稀释剂的要求。


5. 在2-8°C下，储存期限为3.5年。
