　　C-Peptide & Insulin：在Ｂ细胞内胰岛素原能转变为胰岛素（Insulin）和Ｃ肽（C-Peptide），正常情况下，只有极少量的胰岛素和 C 肽会进入血液循环。因此检测血液中胰岛素和Ｃ肽的含量可以用于评估胰岛Ｂ细胞功能。
