背景介绍：
ImmunoHistoProbe Plus抗小鼠/兔HRP聚合物检测试剂盒利用新的无生物素聚合技术制备超灵敏聚合物过氧化物酶连接的缀合物。它基于使用两步聚合物检测方法的信号放大。通过用于一抗的放大器检测对组织切片上的抗原特异的一抗，然后检测聚合物检测器。然后用合适的底物/色原体强烈可视化抗原位点。与常规标记的链霉抗生物素蛋白 – 生物素或抗生物素蛋白生物素复合物方法相比，它*消除了内源性生物素活性对富含生物素的组织的潜在背景。ImmunoHistoProbe Plus试剂盒使用新的聚合技术，允许大量过氧化物酶与二抗结合。这将显着提高灵敏度。可能需要重新调整一抗的宜稀释度和孵育时间。
