Prolume紫或甲氧基e-Coeleterazine（Me-O-eCTZ）是e-Coelenterazine的一种新的合成类似物，具有额外的甲氧基，将发射最大值从475nm猝灭至405nm。纳米灯™ 技术开发了Prolume Purple。（2013/057660）

Prolume紫色显示出比CTZ400a（“深蓝色C”）高13倍的发光。

使用海肾荧光素酶降低但更持久的动力学。
