一、磷酸化特异抗体系列

一、磷酸化特异抗体系列

一、磷酸化特异抗体系列

细胞蛋白的磷酸化与去磷酸化对胞外信号的转导有着至关重要的作用,蛋白质丝氨酸残基的磷酸化修饰被serine/threonine激酶介导,而酪氨酸残基是被蛋白酪氨酸激酶所介导。因此蛋白质在丝氨酸/苏氨酸/酪氨酸位点磷酸化状态及比率对细胞功能有着重要影响,相关酶类的表达变化也相应地影响着细胞功能。Nano tool 公司在磷酸化特异抗体系列产品中供应多款抗磷酸化丝氨酸/苏氨酸/酪氨酸的单克隆抗体。
